1. Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Your content

The trip plans, photos and comments you share remain yours. You grant us a free, worldwide, non-transferable licence to display, store and share them on Pacingo as you choose. The licence ends when you delete the content (except for trip plans others have already copied).

3. Rules

• Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading, or infringes others' rights.
• Don't upload other people's photos without permission.
• Don't misuse the app, scrape it with automated tools, or try to bypass its security.

We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend accounts when needed.

4. Place information and bookings

Place details, ratings and suggestions come from third parties (e.g. Google) and may be inaccurate or out of date. Pacingo is not a travel agency; you book flights, hotels or tours directly with the provider. Links to third-party tour/activity providers may be added in the future; their own terms apply.

5. Liability

Pacingo is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will announce significant changes. You can close your account at any time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
